Freezing/Unfreezing a table

The Data Dictionary’s Freeze/Unfreeze utility helps you administer your database.

To freeze or unfreeze a table:

Choose Utilities Freeze/Unfreeze. The Data Dictionary alphabetically lists all the tables defined for your database.
Select the table you want to freeze or unfreeze. The Data Dictionary displays the Freeze/Unfreeze Table dialog box:



Specify yes or no in the Frozen field.
Choose OK to return to the Data Dictionary window.
